Rolton Kilbride
Rolton Kilbride is a joint venture between the Rolton Group, a long-established engineering consultancy specialising in clean-technology, and the Kilbride Group, experts in development and infrastructure. The company is currently developing five renewable energy centres in the UK, which will provide energy security for local businesses as well as a waste management resource.
Coast provides strategic communications support for Rolton Kilbride’s development activity, delivering bespoke planning consultation and stakeholder engagement strategies for the planning application processes. Community relations have been pivotal to the client and our work has included multi-stage public exhibitions supplemented by digital consultation channels.
To date, Coast’s consultation and engagement work has helped to secure planning permission for four of the renewable energy centres.
