North Kyle Energy Project, East Ayrshire – Local Jobs and Business Register
The North Kyle Energy Project is a proposed wind energy development in East Ayrshire. Owned by Brockwell Energy, it will comprise 49 wind turbines to be one of the largest wind initiatives in Scotland. The New Cumnock Local Jobs and Business Register connects businesses and job hunters with wind energy and construction projects in the area.
Coast is developing a register via a dedicated website, delivering a PR campaign to generate interest (including social media, political briefings, launch event, partner communications and advertising research) and managing key influencer communications to galvanise advocacy and extend the reach of the project.
Coast’s experience helps to inform the North Kyle Energy Project’s procurement and tendering process, with a focus on local labour.
